To ensure you take accurate impressions, please carfully read the instruction manual and watch the video below!
Pro Tip: When taking your impressions make sure to push the tray all the way in so your teeth and gumline are fully covered by the impression material. The impression should have a clean mold of your teeth and gums with no visible deformaties.
Taking First Impressions is easy
After Taking Impressions
Once you have taken your impressions please send photos of them to Info@RevivedSmiles.com and a member of our smile team will notify you if you are approved to return them.
Please do not send your impressions back without receiving approval first!
Returning Your Impressions
Upon receiving impression approval please place them back inside the impression kit box and use the prepaid return label to send them back.
Dont forget to fill out your order form before returning your kit!
If you only ordered the impression kit please order your dental appliance to receive a return label.
Crafting your Revived Smile
Once we receive your impressions our dental lab will immediately begin crafting your custom made dental appliance!
Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification letting you know your new Revived Smiles dental appliance is on its way!
