Return Policy

Custom Appliances cannot be refunded. Given the nature of the manufacturing process, each appliance is custom-made to the impression we receive, therefore, we cannot offer a refund once we've started making your appliance.  We take the time and care to meticulously craft your appliance to the shape of the impression. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, be sure to submit your request before the crafting process has begun, we will process that request if it meets the criteria stated in our policy. 

If the customer's impressions are not returned within 30 days of placing an order and a refund is requested, the cost of the impression kit ($49.99) and shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Premium Teeth: If your partial denture is approved for a refund, please be assured that we will also include a refund for your premium teeth. Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction and comfort with our products. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards

  1. Non-Refundable: All Revived Smiles Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased. We cannot offer cash back or credit refunds on any gift card transactions.

  2. Non-Returnable: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a different denomination or type of product.

  3. Non-Transferable: The value of the gift card cannot be transferred to another card or converted into different forms of payment.

  4. Lost or Stolen Cards: Revived Smiles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, and such cards will not be replaced or refunded.

  5. Validity: Gift cards do not expire and can be used towards any purchase at Revived Smiles, including partial dentures, retainers, and nightguards.

  6. Balance Inquiries: Cardholders can check the balance of their gift cards by contacting our customer service team or visiting our stores.

  7. Final Sale: Please be reminded that purchasing a gift card is considered a final sale and is exempt from our standard return policy.

Revived Smiles Denture Insurance Return and Refund Policy

Refund Approval: In the event of your appliance being refunded, Revived Smiles Insurance will also be refunded.

Non-refundable and Non-transferable: Under no circumstance (Other than the one mentioned above) is the insurance refundable or transferable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Impression kits, even unused, are not eligible for return/refund due to health concerns outside of our control. We hope you understand. 

Easy Denture products cannot be returned or refunded, except when they are completely unused and the original packaging remains unopened with all seals and tape intact. This policy is in place due to health considerations beyond our control.

As stated previously, we, unfortunately, do not offer refunds on custom-made appliances due to the fact that our product is crafted differently for each customer. Although, we guarantee that we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction with our products, including, adjusting or remaking your appliance for free.

Custom-Made Appliance Warranty Policy

At Revived Smiles, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom-made appliances. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy.


Adjustments and Remakes: Our appliances come with the promise of free adjustments or remakes if the fit is not perfect or if you are not completely satisfied with the product. We aim to ensure that every appliance meets your needs and expectations.

Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind our workmanship and materials. This warranty covers any defects in manufacturing. If you encounter an issue that you believe is a manufacturing defect, we encourage you to contact us for an assessment.

Determination of Coverage:

The determination of whether a damaged appliance is covered under this warranty will be made solely by Revived Smiles. Our experienced team will evaluate the appliance to distinguish between manufacturing defects and damages excluded from this warranty.


This warranty does not extend to:

Loss or Theft: Appliances that are lost or stolen are not covered under this warranty.

Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or negligence is not covered.

Tampering or Unauthorized Alterations: Damages resulting from tampering, modifications, or repairs made by anyone not authorized by Revived Smiles will void this warranty.

Changes in Dental Structure: This warranty does not cover adjustments needed due to changes in your mouth after the appliance is made, including but not limited to tooth extraction, teeth breakage, or any other dental procedures that alter the fit of the appliance.

Selection of Tooth or Gum Shade: Issues arising from the selection of an incorrect tooth or gum shade by the customer. Choosing the wrong tooth or gum shade is considered a customer decision and not a manufacturing defect. If you receive your appliance and realize that the tooth or gum shade does not match your preference or natural teeth and you wish to have it changed, please be advised that this will incur an additional charge of $100. We encourage customers to carefully review their shade selection before finalizing their order to avoid any additional costs.

How to Claim:

To claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require photographs or a return of the appliance for assessment.


This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the appliance.
