Apply a small bead of gel (about ⅓ of a syringe) into your custom whitening tray's spacing channels. Insert the trays and wear for 30–60 minutes — avoid eating or drinking during this time. After each session, remove and rinse both your mouth and trays thoroughly with cool water. Store syringes at room temperature, or refrigerate to extend shelf life. Do not use with hot water or expose to excessive heat or sunlight.
