At Revived Smiles, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every custom appliance is uniquely crafted from your impressions. Just like at the dentist, it can take a short time to adjust to a new appliance—and we want you to feel confident in your smile. That’s why eligible custom appliances are backed by our 60‑Day Smile Guarantee.

HOW IT WORKS

Your 60‑Day Smile Guarantee begins the day you receive your final custom appliance. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

ADJUSTMENT PROCESS (INCLUDED)

Because each appliance is made from your unique impressions, some cases may require a short adjustment period or a minor modification to achieve the best fit. If you experience discomfort or fit issues, our team will guide you through the adjustment process at no additional cost.

GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the Smile Guarantee, you must allow for an adjustment and follow the recommended evaluation period to ensure proper fit and function.

MONEY‑BACK GUARANTEE

If, after the adjustment and evaluation period, you’re still not satisfied, you may return your appliance within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund.

IMPORTANT: TO RECEIVE A REFUND, YOU MUST RETURN:

• Your custom appliance, AND
• The models of your mouth
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCLUSIONS (NOT COVERED BY THE 60‑DAY SMILE GUARANTEE)

The Smile Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Lost or stolen items: A refund requires the appliance and your mouth models to be returned. We cannot refund items that are not returned.
  • Damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect: Breakage or damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear is not covered. Revived Smiles will determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or accidental damage.
  • Third‑party alterations: Any appliance that has been adjusted, modified, tampered with, or repaired by anyone outside of Revived Smiles is not eligible.
  • Changes in dental structure: This warranty does not cover changes in your mouth after the appliance is made, including (but not limited to) tooth extraction, tooth breakage, or any other dental procedure that alters the fit of the appliance.

These conditions void the guarantee and the product will no longer be refundable.


PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products may be offered as a recurring subscription (for example, monthly or recurring deliveries).

  • This refund policy still applies: All return, refund, and eligibility rules in this policy apply to subscription orders, too.
  • Minimum renewal requirement: If you purchase a subscription, you must renew at least once before you are eligible to cancel, pause, or skip the subscription.
  • After the first renewal: Once your subscription has renewed at least one time, you may request to cancel, pause, or skip future renewals.
  • How to manage your subscription: To cancel, pause, or skip, contact us at info@revivedsmiles.com with your order details.


GIFT CARDS

All Revived Smiles gift cards are:

1) Non‑Refundable:
   Gift cards are non‑refundable once purchased. We cannot offer cash back or credit refunds on any gift card transactions.

2) Non‑Returnable:
   Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a different denomination or product.

3) Non‑Transferable:
   The value of a gift card cannot be transferred to another card or converted into another form of payment.

4) Lost or Stolen Cards:
   Revived Smiles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, and such cards will not be replaced or refunded.

5) Validity:
   Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward any purchase at Revived Smiles, including partial dentures, retainers, and nightguards.

6) Balance Inquiries:
   To check your gift card balance, contact our customer service team.

7) Final Sale:
   Purchasing a gift card is a final sale and is exempt from our standard return policy.


SMILE CARE (DENTURE) INSURANCE — RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • Refund Approval: If your appliance is refunded, Revived Smiles Insurance will also be refunded.
  • Non‑Refundable / Non‑Transferable: Other than the refund circumstance above, the insurance is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

HOW TO START THE INSURANCE PROCESS

To initiate a Revived Smiles Insurance request, please email info@revivedsmiles.com with details of your request. Our team will guide you through the process and address any concerns.


EXCEPTIONS / NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS

Impression Kits:
Impression kits may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and include all original contents. Used kits or kits missing components are not eligible for return. If returned, a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Easy Denture Products:
Easy Denture products cannot be returned or refunded, except when they are completely unused and the original packaging remains unopened with all seals and tape intact. This policy is in place due to health considerations outside of our control.

Smile Refresher Denture Cleaning Service:
This service is non‑refundable. It is a cleaning service performed on custom products.

Teeth Whitening Gel Kits:
May be returned only if unused and unopened with all seals and wrapping intact.

Revived Smiles Cleaning Tablets:
May be returned only if unused and unopened with all original seals intact.


FREE WARRANTY (INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE)
CUSTOM‑MADE APPLIANCE WARRANTY POLICY

At Revived Smiles, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom‑made appliances. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty coverage:

COVERAGE

  • Adjustments and Remakes: Every mouth is different. While our appliances are made from your impressions, adjustments may be needed to achieve the best possible fit. We offer free adjustments or remakes; however, certain accommodations may be beyond our control due to limitations of your dental anatomy. In some cases, specific adjustments may not be possible. Please contact us with any adjustment request.
  • Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind our workmanship and materials. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you believe you have a manufacturing defect, contact us for assessment.

DETERMINATION OF COVERAGE

Revived Smiles will determine whether an issue is covered under this warranty. Our team will evaluate the appliance to distinguish between manufacturing defects and excluded damage.

IMPORTANT: KEEP YOUR MOUTH MODELS

Please keep your mouth models and do not throw them away. We use them for adjustments or recrafts. If you no longer have them, an additional fee may be required and processing may take longer.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft
  • Accidental damage, improper use, or negligence
  • Tampering, modifications, or repairs by anyone not authorized by Revived Smiles
  • Changes in dental structure after the appliance is made (including extractions, tooth breakage, or other procedures that alter fit)

HOW TO CLAIM

To make a warranty claim, contact us within 60 days of receiving your custom appliance with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos and/or require the appliance to be returned for assessment.

LIMITATIONS

This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
