Return Policy
Custom Appliances cannot be refunded. Given the nature of the manufacturing process each appliance is custom-made to the impression we receive, therefore, we cannot offer a refund once we've started making your appliance. We take the time and care to meticulously craft your appliance to the shape of the impression. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, be sure to submit your request before the crafting process has begun, we will process that request if it meets the criteria stated in our policy.
If the customer's impressions are not returned within 30 days of placing an order and a refund is requested, the cost of the impression kit ($49.99) and shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
Upon the purchase of our appliance, we will promptly send you an impression kit along with a prepaid return label. This kit will allow you to create an accurate mold of your teeth from the comfort of your own home. Once we receive your completed impressions, we will begin the process of crafting your final product.
While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, we are not responsible for any mistakes made by the delivery affiliates such as USPS or UPS. Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, any issues or delays in delivery are beyond our control. The shipping address provided by the customer during the ordering process will be the address used for shipping.
To keep you informed about the status of your shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.
Please note that while we make every effort to provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential unforeseen circumstances or issues that may arise during transit. Therefore, we are unable to accept order cancellations based on later-than-expected delivery dates.
We recommend that you review and verify the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any delivery complications. In the event that the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the package being undeliverable or lost, we cannot be held responsible.
