Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

Custom appliances cannot be refunded due to the unique nature of the manufacturing process. Each appliance is custom-made to the impressions we receive. If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, please do so before the crafting process begins. Refund requests after this point will not be processed.
If impressions are not returned within 30 days of placing an order, and a refund is requested, the cost of the impression kit ($49.99) and shipping expenses will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy

Upon purchasing your appliance, we will send an impression kit with a prepaid return label. Once we receive your completed impressions, we will craft your custom dental appliance.
While we strive to ensure smooth shipping, we are not responsible for delays or mistakes made by delivery affiliates such as USPS or UPS. To track your shipment, we provide a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delivery complications. Inaccurate addresses resulting in undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Revived Smiles.
