Eligible custom appliances are backed by our 60-Day Smile Guarantee, starting the day you receive your final appliance. Since each piece is made from your unique impressions, some cases need a short adjustment period or minor modification for the best fit. We'll guide you through adjustments at no cost. If you're still not satisfied after the adjustment and evaluation period, you may return your appliance within 60 days for a full refund. To receive a refund, you must return both your custom appliance and your mouth models. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
What's Not Covered
Lost or stolen items, damage from misuse or normal wear, appliances altered by anyone outside Revived Smiles, and changes in your dental structure after the appliance is made (extractions, breakage, etc.). Revived Smiles determines whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or excluded damage.
Free Warranty
Every custom appliance includes free adjustments or remakes for fit issues and manufacturing defects, claimable within 60 days of receipt. Keep your mouth models—we use them for adjustments and remakes. Non-transferable; applies to the original purchaser only.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Policy
Upon purchasing your appliance, we will send an impression kit with a prepaid return label. Once we receive your completed impressions, we will craft your custom dental appliance.
While we strive to ensure smooth shipping, we are not responsible for delays or mistakes made by delivery affiliates such as USPS or UPS. To track your shipment, we provide a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delivery complications. Inaccurate addresses resulting in undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Revived Smiles.

I worked in the dental field for 10 years. Unfortunately due to a maxillary cyst in my teens, I lost a tooth in my 40s, when I no longer worked in dental or had insurance. I was a bit skeptical about how good Revived Smiles would be, but I figured even something I could wear temporarily for special occasions would be worth it. My partial arrived today and I am SO happy with it! It looks very natural and fits great. Plus it arrived just in time for our anniversary party tomorrow 🎉 No self-conscious pictures!!
I was excited to receive my item. Upon arrival, I placed the mouthpiece in my mouth and instantly noticed that the mouthpiece is way too bulky to the point where it makes me nauseous keeping it in. Not only that, it also hurts my gums. The clear unilateral mouthpiece also is not ideal as the clear mouth part makes it look like any missing teeth section is decayed. In the section where there is a fake tooth gives off the appearance of a dark molded spot and it doesn't look right. Aside from the aesthetic of the mouthpiece the process to fit the mouthpiece, send it off and have it returned was fairly easy, quick and simple.

Why I'm not giving them 5 stars. Although the service is generally good and helpful, I've had a little difficulty using my dentures because they need a minor adjustment. I imagine they can be returned, but I'm not entirely sure how the process would work. In any case, my primary goal of filling a gap in my teeth that prevented me from smiling fully has been achieved. In my case, the size of one tooth would need to be adjusted slightly so I can chew comfortably.
