Return Policy

60-Day Smile Guarantee
Eligible custom appliances are backed by our 60-Day Smile Guarantee, starting the day you receive your final appliance. Since each piece is made from your unique impressions, some cases need a short adjustment period or minor modification for the best fit. We'll guide you through adjustments at no cost. If you're still not satisfied after the adjustment and evaluation period, you may return your appliance within 60 days for a full refund. To receive a refund, you must return both your custom appliance and your mouth models. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

What's Not Covered
Lost or stolen items, damage from misuse or normal wear, appliances altered by anyone outside Revived Smiles, and changes in your dental structure after the appliance is made (extractions, breakage, etc.). Revived Smiles determines whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or excluded damage.

Free Warranty
Every custom appliance includes free adjustments or remakes for fit issues and manufacturing defects, claimable within 60 days of receipt. Keep your mouth models—we use them for adjustments and remakes. Non-transferable; applies to the original purchaser only.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping Policy
Upon purchasing your appliance, we will send an impression kit with a prepaid return label. Once we receive your completed impressions, we will craft your custom dental appliance.
While we strive to ensure smooth shipping, we are not responsible for delays or mistakes made by delivery affiliates such as USPS or UPS. To track your shipment, we provide a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delivery complications. Inaccurate addresses resulting in undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of Revived Smiles.
