Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Teeth Whitening Gel can only be returned if it is unopened and sealed in its original packaging.

Shipping Policy
Upon the purchase of our appliance, we will promptly send you an impression kit along with a prepaid return label. This kit will allow you to create an accurate mold of your teeth from the comfort of your own home. Once we receive your completed impressions, we will begin the process of crafting your final product.

While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, we are not responsible for any mistakes made by the delivery affiliates such as USPS or UPS. Once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, any issues or delays in delivery are beyond our control. The shipping address provided by the customer during the ordering process will be the address used for shipping.

To keep you informed about the status of your shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches its destination.

Please note that while we make every effort to provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential unforeseen circumstances or issues that may arise during transit. Therefore, we are unable to accept order cancellations based on later-than-expected delivery dates.

We recommend that you review and verify the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any delivery complications. In the event that the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the package being undeliverable or lost, we cannot be held responsible.

Protection Plan Policy

Coverage for select Revived Smiles products — $14.99/month for one product or $19.99/month for two. While your subscription is active and payments are current, you can claim a replacement for a $50 recrafting fee, whether due to loss, damage, or needing a backup — no questions asked.

Enrollment: You have 7 days from final delivery of your appliance to enroll. After that, you're no longer eligible.

What's Covered: Improper use or negligence, loss or theft, accidental breakage, natural disasters and external factors (fire, water, power surges), and cosmetic damage affecting functionality. Not covered: normal wear and tear.

Replacement Limits:

  • Custom Partial Dentures: once per year
  • Nightguards, Retainers, and Mouthguards: twice per year (once every six months)
  • $50 recrafting fee due at each claim

Eligible Products: Acrylic Partial Flipper, Flexible Partial, Unilateral Partial, Clear Flexible Partial, Clear Unilateral Partial, Essix Partial Denture Retainer, Nightguards, Retainers, and Sports Mouthguards.

What comes in the teeth whitening kit?

The kit includes a free at-home impression kit, an impression guide, custom whitening trays, a storage container, and one set of teeth whitening gel.

How does the whitening kit work?

First, you take your impressions at home so your custom trays can be made, send them back, and in as little as two weeks your custom trays will be mailed to you. Once your trays have arrived, apply the recommended amount of whitening gel into the tray channels, insert the trays, and whiten as directed.

How is this different from buying whitening gel alone?

The kit includes both the gel and the custom trays needed to use it properly. The trays are designed with spacing channels to hold the whitening gel in place for better coverage.

How long do I wear the trays?

Wear the trays for 10 minutes per day when using the whitening gel. Do not exceed 10 minutes per day, and avoid eating or drinking while whitening. After completing your initial 7–14 day treatment, use once or twice a month to maintain results. Avoid hot water and bleach-based products that could damage the tray material.

Are the trays reusable?

Yes. Your custom trays are reusable. After each session, rinse your mouth and trays with cool water, let the trays dry, and store them in the included case. Once you run out of gel, you can continue using the trays with Revived Smiles whitening gel refills.

What is the difference between custom whitening trays and generic whitening trays?

Custom whitening trays are made from your impressions, so they fit your teeth more closely. Generic trays are one-size-fits-all, which can make it harder for the gel to stay evenly placed.
