Coverage for select Revived Smiles products — $14.99/month for one product or $19.99/month for two. While your subscription is active and payments are current, you can claim a replacement for a $50 recrafting fee, whether due to loss, damage, or needing a backup — no questions asked.
Enrollment: You have 7 days from final delivery of your appliance to enroll. After that, you're no longer eligible.
What's Covered: Improper use or negligence, loss or theft, accidental breakage, natural disasters and external factors (fire, water, power surges), and cosmetic damage affecting functionality. Not covered: normal wear and tear.

The whole process was amazing, if you run into difficulty the people who craft the impressions are very kind and helpful, so don’t worry if you get discouraged they are experts at what they do, without any reservations I will be using Revived Smiles to purchase my next dental product.
They were supposed to be clear and one for each side. Not the full partial. They fit fine just doesn’t match my gum color.

This style is designed as a single appliance that can replace teeth throughout the arch, rather than two separate side partials. The gum shade was also crafted according to the pink shade selected on the order form submitted with the impressions. I absolutely love my revived smile, the color is a little dark but they are back teeth fillers so it's not that bad! Overall I am pleased. Customer service was top notch they kept me informed, up to date with suggestions.
Thank you guys for Making everything so efficient so convenient and just available to normal people. Also good materials. I was able to get the clear flexible retainer. I had 3 upper teeth placed upon it. I am so grateful. The dentist office probably would have charged me at least a 1000 if not, 1500 just for it being clear. Theyre great, color and fit. The only thing id change is how the part that covers the roof of my mouth is smooth, the roof of my mouth isnt smooth and it makes it feel weird to my tongue but overall im happy just wish the roof part was textured to feel like the roof of my mouth when my tongue hits it

My new teeth fit absolutely perfectly. It's wonderful to not have a giant partial covering the entire roof of my mouth anymore. They are simple to get in and remove and stay in place no matter what I eat. I just don't know why it looks like the tops of the teeth have black when I'm wearing them. They are completely clear when removed. Maybe I should have gotten the colored gums instead. Otherwise I'm so happy I tried Revived Smiles!
