Fit, Wear & Care Tips

Apply a small bead of gel, about ⅓ of a syringe total, into your custom whitening tray’s spacing channels. Insert the trays and wear for 10 minutes. Do not exceed 10 minutes per day, and avoid eating or drinking during this time

After each session, remove and rinse both your mouth and trays thoroughly with cool water. Store syringes at room temperature, or refrigerate to extend shelf life. Do not use with hot water or expose to excessive heat or sunlight.For maintenance whitening after completing your initial 7–14 day treatment, use once or twice a month to maintain results. Avoid hot water and bleach-based products that could damage the tray material. 

Shipping and Returns

We accept returns on closed and unopened Revived Smiles Whitening Kits. Customers who wish to return their item will be required to pay $10 for shipping expenses.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at info@revivedsmiles.com, and we will provide you with return instructions along with a return label.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used whitening kits.

What does the whitening gel do?

The whitening gel helps lift stains from coffee, wine, tea, and everyday discoloration for a noticeably brighter smile.

How do I use it?

Apply about 0.5 mL of gel to the upper tray and 0.5 mL of gel to the lower tray. Insert your trays and whiten for 10 minutes. Do not exceed 10 minutes per day.

How many uses are in each syringe?

Each syringe contains about 3 mL of whitening gel. A full top-and-bottom session uses about 1mL total, so each syringe provides approximately 3 full whitening sessions*.

Can I use it with any trays?

This gel is designed for use with custom-fit whitening trays. Custom trays help keep the gel evenly placed against your teeth.

Will it whiten crowns, veneers, dentures, or false teeth?

No. Whitening gel is made for natural teeth only. It is not suitable for ceramic teeth, crowns, veneers, dentures, or other false teeth.

Is it safe for enamel?

Yes, when used as directed. Do not apply more than the recommended amount of whitening gel, use hot water, or apply it to damaged teeth, defective enamel, exposed dentin, or decayed teeth.

Who should not use this gel?

This product is not suitable for children under 16, pregnant women, people with damaged or decayed teeth, defective enamel, exposed dentin, or severe discoloration caused by medication or certain dental conditions.
