Eligible custom appliances are backed by our 60-Day Smile Guarantee, starting the day you receive your final appliance. Since each piece is made from your unique impressions, some cases need a short adjustment period or minor modification for the best fit. We'll guide you through adjustments at no cost. If you're still not satisfied after the adjustment and evaluation period, you may return your appliance within 60 days for a full refund. To receive a refund, you must return both your custom appliance and your mouth models. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
What's Not Covered
Lost or stolen items, damage from misuse or normal wear, appliances altered by anyone outside Revived Smiles, and changes in your dental structure after the appliance is made (extractions, breakage, etc.). Revived Smiles determines whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or excluded damage.
Free Warranty
Every custom appliance includes free adjustments or remakes for fit issues and manufacturing defects, claimable within 60 days of receipt. Keep your mouth models—we use them for adjustments and remakes. Non-transferable; applies to the original purchaser only.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon purchasing your appliance, we will send an impression kit with a prepaid return label. Once we receive your completed impressions, we will craft your custom dental appliance.
While we strive to ensure smooth shipping, we are not responsible for delays or mistakes made by delivery affiliates such as USPS or UPS. To track your shipment, we provide a tracking number for your convenience. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delivery complications. The gum line is not correct on the tooth as well as the adjacent teeth next to the fake tooth. The gum line is too low making my smile look weird. Also the the tooth is tiny compared to my teeth that are much longer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the appliance I received. I would like to have it redone with the brown gums color.

I want to start by saying, the fit is great. It is snug and blends in with my gums. However, maybe its just because I needed it for the back teeth on one side, but they are very ineffective. The metal claps goes over my teeth and I can't bite down all the way and I am biting down on the metal when I try. If the metal went around my teeth it would be fine but it sits right on top of my bottom teeth and my top teeth hit it. This makes me talk with a lisp and is impossible to eat anything with it in. Impressed with the fit but disappointed that I can't wear it regularly.

I purchased your kit for my wife as she had lost her bottom front two teeth. She was embarrassed to smile or really even talk to anyone. We didn’t have a lot of money and we knew that it would be ridiculous expensive at a dentist office. So when I came across an advertisement of your company it gave us hope. The impression kit was easy to use, but it did take us twice to get the best impression to send back in. But we had plenty of clay, so it wasn’t a problem. We sent it back in and waited with a little anxiety and a lot of anticipation. She was nervous that the replacement teeth would not be of high quality and not work. When they finally arrived she followed the instructions and put them in, it fit perfectly. You couldn’t tell the partial from her real teeth. She was very happy and started smiling again. Taking the impressions wasn't all that bad. The partial is very comfortable and looks generally good. My only complaint is when looking at my partial at an angle, there are these black spots that show. Not sure why white tooth coloring wasn't extended to fill in these spots. Otherwise OK product for the price.

I wasn't sure what to expect when beginning this journey. But it was well worth it. Doing the impressions were very easy. The hard part was being patient while it was being made and shipped to me. I received the partial about 2 weeks after sending in the impressions. Which is very quick in my opinion. When I reviewed the partial I was very excited to put it on. I did a test fit to see if it needed adjusting and it fits nearly perfect. Just a little loose. So I put it in Hot water like the directions say. But the hot water didn't really do anything. These partials are solid material. I think boiling water would work to soften it a bit so I can make it fit better.. but I'm scared to ruin it. So I have been wearing it the way that it is and I'm satisfied with it. It looks exactly like my real teeth. When it's in you can even tell that they are fake teeth. The color match is spot on. Great job . I'm extremely satisfied.

The whole process was totally worth it and pretty easy and actually faster than I thought it would be. Any questions that I had they responded within the week. The color of the teeth are spot on! Love that I can smile again and not have a huge gap. It is taking some time to get used to but a lil adhesive goes a long way. Well worth the $400!
First off the partial is amazing, fits great. The only thing that I dislike is the metal clasp that that goes directly over my teeth. I can’t shut my mouth, and I’m afraid that I will eventually harm my teeth biting down. Can we adjust it or remove the metal clasp completely?

It is somewhat uncomfortable and painful to wear. When I close my mouth these bottom back 2 (Revived Smiles) teeth come in contact first with my upper natural teeth. This in turn presses down on my gums under the artificial teeth and hurts after a while. Is there some way that your company can correct this? If the teeth were a little bit shorter, and did not hit the upper teeth first, or if the plate was made a little thinner, it might be more comfortable. I hope you would be able to correct my problem. Minus the pain, they look GREAT!

Its only for one tooth and its uncomfortable. Its not easy to eat with and you have to take it out after a meal for cleaning. I have to get something to pry it off my teeth
I ordered a partial denture for the bottom where I only have one tooth missing. Revived Smiles made the whole process very easy. I procrastinated for a week before I finally made my impressions but it was really no trouble. It fits great so I'm going to order one for the top, where I have 3 teeth missing.
It fits but I am still getting use to it. It impresses my skin and irritates it if I wear it all day. I have placed it in warm water to adjust gum but it hits the inside the bottom ridge of my mouth.
I am very pleased with the fit of my partial and how it looks. I was nervous about how it would work out when trying to do the impressions myself but am pleased with how it turned out.
